A silhouette waits behind every species until someone, somewhere, photographs the real animal and confirms the catch. That photo breaks the seal for everyone — and the finder's name is engraved on the page forever.
Variants live under the base species as facets, not beside it as separate cards. A blue point and a flame point carry byte-identical stats — what changes is the album, the founder lines, and the bragging rights.
No minting, no packs to buy. Publish a confirmed catch and it is already playable — your photo on the front, its numbers derived from public facts. Tap any stat in the app and it shows you exactly where the number came from.
lumen — a 1-in-512 roll, sealed the moment the catch hit the chain. the foil is cosmetic; the falcon is not stronger.
A roll is 3 to 8 of your own cards, at most two per species. There is no draw luck — the whole roll is on the table every turn, so the duel is won at plan time, not at the shuffle.
Lane conditions are visible before you plan. Both plans reveal at once, and the result is decided on power — take two of three lanes, tempo breaks ties. Energy equals the turn number, so the big animals arrive late.
